RIGHT THE WRONG ON SOUTH BAY ARRIVALS • RESCIND SERFR

Since March 5, 2015 Santa Cruz residents have been inundated with a relentless parade of loud, low flying jet aircraft on a new southern arrival procedure to San Francisco International Airport (SFO). Implemented as part of the FAA’s NextGEN program, a new arrival flight procedure called SERFR replaced the BIGSR South Bay Arrival procedure.

DAVYJ is the NextGen equivalent of “return to BIGSR”.
DAVYJ will be as quiet or quieter than BIGSR
DAVYJ has been deemed feasible by the FAA
DAVYJ restores the original BIGSR groundtrack
DAVYJ flies OPD "the quietest way to fly an airplane" per the FAA
DAVYJ does NOT fly over higher elevation communities
